In 2006 I launched my website and started a second career as a certified trainer in IT Service Management. I still do this in part-time, parallel to my regular job as an operational service manager and consultant for outsouring contracts. I am in service management for almost 25 years now, which gives you the advantage of having a trainer with hands-on experience and lots of real life examples.

My core competence is IT Service Management in theory and practice. I train all ITIL courses, varying from foundations to the highest expert level. Furthermore I deliver tailor made courses in a broad range of related aspects such as:
